VERY GOOD. This antique 18ct Gold Amber & White Sapphire heart pendant has retained her timeless beauty, with natural inclusions in the Amber adding to her unique charm. A small chip on the Amber is present but this is subtle and doesn’t detract from her elegance. All the Sapphires are present, with only minor abrasions on one or two, but this does not impact their sparkle, complementing the warm 18ct Gold and preserving her overall allure.
